The Board Bylaws state that the Board meets regularly on the last Thursday of every month except for November and December when the meeting is on the second Thursday. *A Bylaws amendment currently under Board consideration would change the Bylaws to state that the Board meets regularly on the 4th Thursday of each month, except for the January, November and December meetings that shall occur on the 2nd Thursday of the Month.
