Director Savage and Director McGourty did not file for re-election to their seats. Consequently 1 Board seat will be vacant in December 2026, and subject to Board Appointment (60 days) or County Board of Supervisors (subsequent 30 days).
Wayne Allen, Silverton Management Co. LLC, has been contracted to serve as the Chief Financial Officer.
